Steinman was also hired by Def Leppard when Mutt wasn't available... his producing style was so opposite what the Leps had grown used to with Mutt that they fired Steinman, paying him 6 figures to walk away....
None of the work he made with the band was released. The Leps waited for Mutt and then recorded what became Hysteria...

In her later years, like a lot of older people do, my mom would get things mixed up when talking about them. She constantly referred to the epoxy glue JBWeld as BJ Thomas. She would tell my dad to fix something by putting some BJ Thomas on it. He would tell her that she was a crazy old woman, correct her, and then they would argue about it for the rest of the day. They were married almost 60 years. Good times thanks to BJ Thomas.

My kids reminded me that my Aunt Jacqueta was a model in LA during the 70s and 80s. Somewhere, I have a picture of her and Gavin McLeod during his Love Boat days where he has her thrown over his shoulder and is carrying her. It was used as the cover for a magazine of some sort. If I can find it I will post it. She was also the personal assistant to comedian Flip Wilson for many years. She told some pretty amazing stories about Hollywood over the years.

Pearl Necklace was the first song of theirs that I ever remember hearing. I had no idea what it really meant. Thankfully, neither did my parents.
