Neal says the new single is completely done. They are just waiting for the right time to release. Releasing new music has been a struggle for the band - with the exception of Revelation. Hopefully they get some success. Either way, I am excited to hear it.

They need to get it out there and slam socials with one of those zoom type 5 way performances of it. So many artist are staying relevant with those intimate one off videos. Sammy Hagar, John Fogarty, Paul Simon and others have drawn lots of views to those. Larkin Poe, if you’ve heard of them just released a new album and used socials to make it move and now Elton John is saying how much he loves their stuff. Where there’s a will there’s a way.
Check out Larkin Poe, the sister on the slide is badass. There’s a lot more of them on YouTube.

Best socially distanced "at home" live vids I've seen so far is from Doobie Bros. The Sammy ones are good also.

I have spent the afternoon listening to Revelation, Generations and Arrival. It's interesting to see the progresssion/regression of styles, production, and writing on these albums. Just wondering what they think music by the "current" Journey will be best. Is it what will be best received by the fans? Best that they can come up with working apart around the world? Best that they want to write/produce at this point in their career? I am looking forward to it.

Neal has already said that "they" made a decision to push it back. Not sure who he is referring to. Could be their new manager. Fans should be pleased that Neal at least communicates with the fans. Alot of bands are dropping content right now (ex. Loverboy just released a new single). It's understandable that the band wants to strategically bide their time. Fans should be used to this. US release of Arrival got delayed, songs added, etc.

This is great. I love Ted Knight and look at the people in the background. They look like regular people from 1980, not like today where every background person tries to look like Brad Pitt or Beyonce. Just normal dorks like me.
