Here's an article from Rock Candy magazine where DDY is interviewed and discusses what went on during the KWH project. As usual it differs greatly from the accounts of JY and TS. True to form DDY takes the "high road" and doesn't take pot shots or dish dirt on his former band mates. Unfortunately, while admirable, I think it works to his disadvantage. Something tells me that TS' substance abuse played a bigger role to the challenges they had at that time as well as affecting TS' recollection of events. At the end of the article DDY reaffirms that he doesn't hold any ill will towards them, still holds them in high regard professionally and would be happy to play onstage with them once more. While this displays him as the bigger person in all of this, it does make it look like he is just sitting around waiting for a phone call. It would have been better if he talked about moving on and doing his own thing but would be willing to reunite should they wish to.
